PhotoblogsMagazine.org tide pool treasures(september 8, 2005) Photoblogs.orgView My Profile ©eggplantwmayo

At Cannon Beach in Oregon, one of the great attractions is Haystack Rock (which I will be featuring more prominently in the next post), but these star fish and sea anemones get left behind in tide pools at each low tide, and the people flock to see what treasures are to be witnessed today. The colors are so rich and rare, and the life that clings to the rocks is so ancient and beautiful, that you can just spend the entire day enchanted by the wonder of it all. Stay tuned for more tide pool wonders and more beach experiences, and please click on the thumbnails below for full-sized photos.
