It was one year ago (October 6, 2004) that I posted my first photo and registered my photoblog at Photoblogs.org. In celebration, I thought I'd post today what I think are my ten best photos that I took during the past year. I didn't spend a lot of time with this, I just cruised through my archive and pulled out ten that stood out to me (the top one is my favorite...I'd love to hear which, if any, is yours).
During the year I posted 80 pages which contain 261 photos. I've had 22,656 page views, and those visitors have left 1,460 comments. But more important than all of those numbers is the fact that after a twenty or so year hiatus, I learned to love photography again; I started my own on-line photography magazine, Photoblogs Magazine; I made hundreds of great friends from countries all across the globe; and I've become part of an awesome community that values the artwork of the common photographer.
