I love kitchen gadgetry. My daughter brought this one home recently, and the mechanical simplicity and perfection is, well, irresistible. I also have a food dehydrater, a juicer, and various other devices that get used for a while, and then collect dust in the cupboard. But I don't care...one day I'll get them all out and we'll have a grand time then. You'll see. Meanwhile, click on the small images to see it big.
